Complete Backyard remodel
Red brick steps
This was a complete backyard makeover. It had almost everything you can think of. Added the back concrete wall and wood fencing. Composite wood decking and steps. Added retaining walls, wood and red brick steps. pallets and pallets of pavers. White PVC handrails. Painting, Added the 'wet look' to the pavers. installed sprinkles and drip lines with automated watering system. Hose bib, plants. And a smile on the homeowner's face.
Built in wall unit
This was a complete built-in wall unit that was built from scratch in Atascadero. Made of oak wood and oak paneling. Stained in a dark finish. Was going to have doors on 4 of the lower cabinet spaces but the customer liked in opened. She filled it with some beautiful custom quilts.
Backyard canopy
A complete overhead covering in Atascadero. Added two canopies with cables on each four corners that stretched from oak trees and side of the house. Added 4 hanging string lights. Updated and added two exterior wall light fixtures.

I made this 120 ft. long, 6 ft. high fence in Atascadero. Metal poles in concrete about every 8 ft. 2x4 structure and screwed in 6' x 5" dog eared fencing
I made this shed/office for a customer in Atascadero from scratch. The base, walls, windows, door, roofing, painting.
This was extra tall with insulation. The customer completed the inside after I completed the main structure.
This house was a complete remodel and flip in Kettleman City. I replaced the ceiling drywall, lights and fan. replaced the window with a dual/panel window. Added the mini/split heating/AC. replaced the flooring, base boards and all the doors and jams (9 doors in all)
This was a complete bathroom makeover in Atascadero. First, I removed all the elements of the bathroom, the plastic insert shower unit, standard toilet and sink, the linoleum flooring.
Added a new cast iron tub, added shower tiles on the 3 walls, new shower hardware, new toilet, re-stained the vanity and added a new sink, hardware and countertop. Then added floor tiles, painted the walls, added a couple of wall mirror/medicine cabinets.
